Qatar - Job Title: Senior Cost Engineer Job Type: Contract / 2 years (extendable) Duties and Responsibilities: Provide necessary cost engineering support and expert advice to the Head Project Control and other project senior staff of the project by implementing Client system and project specific procedures in order to meet project objectives. Prepare various types of cost estimates (e.g. project cost estimates, corporate estimate, bid comparison estimates for tenders/changes, claim estimates, etc.), develop schedule of prices and payment terms & unit rates for tenders of the project in line with Client system and in coordination with senior project staff. Review bid estimates, commercial bids & reports, prepare project Budget & AFE, performs Value of Work Done (VOWD) assessment & phasing, create Service Entry Sheets (SES), and process & monitor invoices of the project as per Client system and in coordination with project senior staff and related Client stakeholder.
