Non-disclosed - Dubai - Leading / global international institution is looking for a GM to lead their Group structured finance team covering research, analysis, structuring and implementation across the Group. Reporting into the Group Treasurer this is a key, high profile role within the organisation that will involve strong technical know how and expertise in structured finance. The successful candidate will lead the direction of loan and debt capital makret research, financial institution relationship strategy and capital structure strategy and in structuring, negotiation and implementation of all debt / related facilities. This will include structuring and debt scoping support for multiple acquisitions and feasibility studies across multiple geographies and implementation of capital restructures.
