Etihad Airways - Al Ain, Abu Dhabi - Job Purpose: An MPL Flight Instructor is responsible for the delivery of the MPL training programs required to satisfy the training and licensing requirements for Etihad Flight College Cadets. Instructors are expected to comply with the procedures and programs specified in Operations Manual Part D. Responsibilities: Conduct flight instruction for Etihad Flight College Cadets in simulation and on-aircraft training, to ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements and company objectives are satisfied. To ensure on-going coordination with the Manager of MPL Training, and that any issues raised concerning the conduct of training are appropriately addressed and resolved.
