Kuwait - SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for providing a wide range of secretarial and administrative support duties related to the needs of the university's faculty member(s) and support the mission of the university. Main Faculty Tasks: Reporting to the faculty member Handle faculty member attendance, absence and apologies. Typing lists of classroom and class schedules for faculty. Maintain student attendance list Inform faculty of instructions or circulars or internal memos editor by senior management. Schedule faculty meetings and attending when requested. Notify faculty of dates of meetings and events organized by the university.
