Position assumes overall responsibility for Budgeting, Performance Management and Strategy for all GRC business lines (Global Retail, Global Commercial & Islamic Banking). TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Planning: Assist GRC CFO in defining GRC Strategy development to ensure GRC has a clear vision and understanding of 5 year objectives. Assist GRC CFO in defining required plans and tools required to implement against its 5 year strategy. Assist GRC CFO in leading and documenting Business line strategy within GRC. Assist GRC CFO in leading and documenting GRC strategy within Country and Geographical Plans. Assist GRC CFO in leading and documenting supporting Business Cases for GRC strategy.
