National Bank of Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi - This function is responsible for managing, monitoring and restructuring the assigned Commercial Special Assets portfolio with the goal to minimize losses, maximize recoveries and preserve the Credit Rating of the Bank. The job holder will be required to manage the portfolio end to end including approval of restructuring agreements. Greater focus on expertise and market knowledge is necessary to manage, turn-around and resolve cases, where the facilities have been identified as vulnerable, including Early Alert, Watch and Classified Commercial facilities. The position will require excellent relationship management skills coupled with Credit expertise, Debt structuring and Legal understanding of the litigation procedures as well as restructuring agreements.
