Kentz - Qatar - We are looking to recruit a Proposals Manager to join our Construction business unit in the Middle East . Responsibilities: To efficiently and effectively manage the development and submission of Proposals from receipt of Invitation to Bid (ITB) through to estimation, proposal preparation submission, post submittal clarifications and responses, presentations, receipt and review of contract and hand over to operations. Responsibility and accountability for delivery of the Construction p roposal s for Oil & Gas projects across the Middle East. Receive and register the ITB in line with IMS procedures. Prepare and circulate the IMS documentation for Go/Nogo approvals. Follow up with the personnel involved until a final decision is made on the Go/Nogo scenario. Read and understand the scope of the ITB. Assemble the proposals team in conjunction with the heads of departments and lead the proposal team.
