Kuwait - Php programer Qualifications Minimum 4 years (hopefully more) experience in PHP development and at least 5 years in Software development Experience with PHP Frameworks such as Symfony,Symfony, Zend, Framework, Laravel or any PPI Framework (full stack and micro).
