Kuwait - Description: 1- Responsible for clean and professional image of the reception area and maintain positive behavior as a first point of contact to all visitors and customers. 2- To respond to all incoming telephone inquiries consisting with the corporate policies, standards and image. 3- Receive and record all visitors and issuing visitors ID cards. 4- Professional reception area control and management. 5- To assist all team members while out of office and any assistance required from within the office. 6- Set and manage appointments specifically to meetings and interviews. 7- Very good command in English, with professional computer skills (spoken Arabic is required). 8-Any other duties as requested by the management.
