Kuwait City - Meets and greets incoming customers. Provides efficient, courteous and error-free services to customers, handles quick cash and non cash related transactions following prescribed procedures. Promotes and demonstrates alternative Banking channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Greets customers upon entering the Branch. Assists customers either by performing quick tasks or guiding them to appropriate direction. 2. Carries out customer requests to clear cheques and create, close and maintain customer accounts/ATM cards as per the Bank's policies and procedures. 3. Provides non-cash services, i.e. balance inquiries, account statements, cheque books, PIN services…etc. in an accurate, courteous and timely manner. 4. Promotes the Bank's products and services by recommending alternative services, guiding customers, up/cross selling products, and answering inquiries in accordance with Bank's policies. 5.
