Doha, Qatar - About the Job: Reporting to the Manager Training Cargo you will support the QR Cargo systems training team by conducting cargo systems training courses to familiarise the individuals with the scope and activities of the cargo system as well as to improve individiual performance and productivity. You will organise training manuals, relevant guides and course materials such as registeration forms,handouts,session plans and related visual material. You will deliver agreed / assigned cargo system trainings adhering to department policies and procedures. You will need to present information using a variety of instructional techniques of formats such as role playing,simulations,team exercises,group discussions,videos and lectures. You will be required to manage the training programs including documentation and reporting of training delievery activities.
