Dubai - Job Role: To assist the Training and Development department to arrange for external training programmes for various levels of staff, and administer the in-house training resource centre in order to encourage staff to participate in the learning process Key Responsibilities: Assist in organizing the venue, invitations, training kits, catering etc to facilitate smooth implementation of in-house training activities. Liaise with external training suppliers for registrations provide information to nominated staff. Follow the internal training and finance processes to ensure smooth registration of nominees and timely payments to suppliers. Maintain an up-to-date database on the type and duration of training courses conducted, no. of participants attended and the costs involved, evaluation forms etc to provide periodic status reports for analysis.
