• A Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
• Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments within QIBS and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
• Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Supporting the field sales team.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
• Contacting potential clients to arrange appointments.
• Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
• Preparation of the Quotation Inquiry Sheet and Prequalification documents.
• Assisting in preparation of the annual sales plan.
• Issuing the Proforma invoice if needed for client, recording and forwarding all client purchase orders.
• Assisting the Sales Team in collection and follow up on invoices.
