- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units. Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate and keep HR informed of any updates from the different business Units
- Analyze the employee grievances and escalating to the concerned personnel. Submitting the weekly/ monthly analysis reports for the grievances
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. To provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation
- Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Providing inputs for the preparation of management reports such as Monthly HR MIS, OGSM Report, Quarterly Reports for HR & Admin
- Responsible for coordination & implementation of the PMS system according to company procedures across different business units
- Providing advice and support in HR matters, including management and organizational development to different divisions
- Coordinating an implementing of audits for the different HR Units
