About Your Job:
As Development Planning Manager, you will support the Senior Manager Development Planning align future HIA airport development phases with QR Group growth strategies, whilst meeting bespoke operational and commercial needs. You will assist the senior Manager with obtaining clear operational requirements and projected airport capacity constraints and turn these into future HIA development planning, in full collaboration with NDIA SC's chosen Master Planning consultants and interfacing all along with key airport operational stakeholders, Corporate Planning and other QR Group entities.
You will assist with creating an in-house focal point to help senior line managers justify their business cases and/or CAPEX projects when these involve a requirement for increased airport or facility capacity, infrastructure or building modification.
In light of the FIFA World Cup 2022 and in line with the Qatar 2030 Vision, the State of Qatar will invest several billions USD in Airport Development. Furthermore, Hamad International Airport's next phase is to increase its capacity from 25 MAP to 50 MAP.
About You:
To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and at least 5 years' experience within a complex airport environment or as a Consultant deployed in large airport developments
