Doha, Qatar - Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising, coordinating and directing the prompt, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage of the hotel . Establishes and maintains effective employee relations. Conduct under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager such functions as employee orientation, on-the-job performance appraisal, coaching, counseling to ensure appropriate productivity. Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the hotel. Ensures that grooming and state of employees uniforms are to the required standards.
