Store Auditor & MDM (Master Data Management) - Wendy's Middle East

Job purpose:

Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s internal control systems and procedures and recommend corrective actions to improve operations, enhance internal controls and reduce costs where possible.

Key accountabilities:

1. Ensuring strict compliance of company policy & procedures at store level
2. Will be responsible for integrity/cleanliness of master data.
3. Ensure relevant Master Data in SAP is complete & accurate
4. Set up processes, tool & templates, KPIs to ensure that all new Master Data is complete & accurate & entered in a timely manner
5. Support successful data migration
6. Support end-to-end testing of master data processes
7. Play active role in projects for new module addition to SAP systems
8. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
9. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation
10. Audit of stores - sales & cash collections reconciliation, cash count, inventory count, petty cash expenses verification at stores
11. Monitoring sale voids, transfer in-out & inventory wastage for stores
12. System audit and exceptional reports preparations and monitoring
13. Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures
14. Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
