Qatar - To provide advice, opinion and services in handling from a legal viewpoint with respect to procurement of goods and services or tenders of company or subsidiary, affiliate or Qatar state- owned entity where company is acting as the agent of any of these entities, and lead Counsels by providing knowledge and expertise in undertaking general or specific legal matters as specified in Operations & Infrastructure Internal Policy or assigned by the Associate General Counsel, in accordance with Policies and applicable laws and regulations to the best interest of the company. Education: JD or LL.B or equivalent from recognized University. Experience & Skills: Civil law background is preferred but it is not mandatory. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Excellent legal drafting and writing skills....
