As a sales coordinator, your role will be to work closely with a financial advisor and international investors in their medium to long term personal financial planning. In this telesales role you will speak to potential clients to book a meeting so your financial advisor can give the guidance they need to realize their personal financial goals.
This will involve effective and assured communication skills, information gathering, and consultative sales / telesales experience. Telesales experience is a must. If you are afraid of cold calls this job is not for you. We will provide you with the opportunity to work with an experienced advisor. Full training and development as well as ongoing support will be given.
Role Requirements:
• Assist Financial Consultants to book meetings
• Manage the daily calendar of Financial Consultants
• Daily working hours 8:00 to 5:00 Sunday through Thursday
• Work extra hours as needed
• Interact with clients over the telephone
• Pitch the basics of Insurance and Investment products
• Follow-up with existing clients
• Follow up with admin work
• Send daily and weekly reports to management
Job Objective:
• Attend to company trainings and meetings
• Work on self for sales and product knowledge
• Book an average of 12 new clients meetings per week
• Follow and improve the telephone script
• Generate new leads
• Contact existing leads from other departments in the company
• Generate referrals from existing clients and prospects
