Summary

Michael Page are currently looking to hire a Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant for our Human Resources recruitment team in Dubai, covering the Middle East region. This successful individual will network with our already warm base of HR contacts (candidates and clients) with the objective of further developing the business and focus on placing mid to senior HR professionals across the region whilst providing a high level of customer care.

This is an exciting and high potential opportunity for the right individual. This is a warm desk/discipline for the successful individual to step into and we have an impressive book of clients to be developed from already warm relationships.

Description

Key elements of the role include:

- Calling clients and developing new business and relationships

- Networking, developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face

- Negotiating contracts and agreements

- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals

- Maintaining candidate networks in given industry

- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles

- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages

- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking

- Working as part of a team to maximise commercial performance

- Providing market knowledge and consultancy advice to employers

Profile
