Our client, a large facilities management company what is part of a holding company based in Qatar is looking for an experienced HR manager to lead their HR department and support the business in creating policies and procedure and business processes that are aligned with Qatar UAE labour laws, creating HR initiatives that will help improve performance and motivation of employees as result, increase the profitability of the organization. This position will directly report to the General Manager of the business and will have a dotted reporting line to the Group HR Director of the holding.
