Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is currently looking for a Development and Acquisitions Manager to join their team in Dubai.
The Development and Acquisitions Manager will report to the Development Director, Middle East, India and Africa and will be responsible for securing new pipeline opportunities assessing their relative feasibility and presenting the business case. The role will also include managing the initial design and authority approvals of the project once approved.
