1.Incharge of overall daily operations of the central kitchen where all the orders of catering of parties, weddings, functions are taken care of.
2Heads communication meetings with staff on a monthly basis to enhance customer service related skills.
3.Assigns and monitors staff duties and responsibilities during working hours.
4.Coordinates with other departments for proper functioning of the kitchen.
5.Ensures that every customer would have a satisfying experience by interacting with them and collect their feedback.
6.Conducts daily briefing for staff awareness of happenings in the kitchen.
