- You will handle and resolve customer queries through different communication channels (Phone/ Mail /Twitter/IM and other channels).
- To Be the primary interface with customers
- Highlight and report any trends in customer queries
- You must adhere to predefined KPIs and response times
- You should ensure outstanding customer service experience for all customers. “Customer Satisfaction” is not enough. “Customer happiness & delight” is our goal.
- You must have 3+ years in a customer support and call center environment
