Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in mixing, divinding, moulding and proffing of dough and in baking,s licing and wrapping of bread, pastries. Check raw material and other requirement. Ensures all food products prepared meet the established specifications and standards. Trains new workers in bakery section. Responsible for set-up, cleanliness and organization of the department at all kitchen locations. Sets up and adjusts whole machines. Coordinate and support the production manager. Control wastage & shrinkage. Skills 2-3 years in an Arabic Bakery. Knowledge of common bakery practices and activities. Supervisory skills to manage a team of bakers, helpers, salesmen.
