Provide high quality property consultancy services to existing and prospective clients of REH.
Ensuring high standards of contracts, financial consulting and liaising with departments to develop reports in making business decisions on real estate.
Provides an exceptional customer relations focus towards clients and tenants.
Identifies clients & market real estate requirements and prepare proposals and acquires landlord/client legal documents- corporate and individual tenant type.
Act as an intermediary between tenants and REH.
Establishing and maintains effective communication and good working relationships with all stakeholders utilizing interpersonal skills in order to effectively and efficiently accomplish department goals.
Promote rental of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation etc. in multiple listing service(BIG)
Review all aspects, terms and agreements of the contract to ensure adherence to company policy as well as best practices within the MENA real estate sector.
Along with contracts specialist in researching and gathering all data related to the property, business ethics of REH which will assist in preparing the contract.
Compare properties potential opportunities with similar properties in vicinity in order to determine its competitiveness and rental feasibility and profitability.
Administer the day to day operations of assigned real estate subjects and related tenants issues.
Researches for new tenants in case of vacancy and ensure 100% equipency rate.
Evaluate and make recommendations regarding real estate strategies and solutions or tools that achieve overall corporate goals and objectives.
Conduct property tours on a routine basis. Work with facilities team and/or if appropriate, company leadership to ensure properties remain secure, safe and clean.
Contribute to the overall revenue of the business center by identifying opportunities and developing new revenue streams.
Performs regular inspections of properties, recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary.
Seek and develop real estate opportunities in lease/Sub lease market and facility services.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health and Safety policy.
Be a lead Ambassador of REH and BIG at all times
