Dubai - A Procurement Manager will be required to assist the Project team on a large Hospitality project within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Will have an extensive Procurement and purchasing construction background, and will be familiar with all aspects of the construction integration process. The Procurement manager will understand the sequencing of the projects life cycle, understanding the specific procurement / buyout requirements of each phase of the project and each critical item as the construction process evolves. The Procurement Manager will participate in defining and developing the scope of procurement work, and in preparing and coordinating procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts and budgets.
