Job Details


- Senior Officer Sourcing and Contract function having the responsibilities
of managing sourcing categories, supplier research, manage and develop the
overall sourcing plans, sourcing and contract documents, evaluates and
recommends purchasing and sourcing decision to management
- Work with the team on conducting general market research in
various categories as well as research into potential suppliers, product and
services.
- Work on Oracle sourcing and supplier life cycle management
modules and using system implement automation & process efficiency
- Review existing ERP processes and streamline to eliminate
non-productive steps & re-engineering existing process in guidelines given
by the Line Manager.
- Providing strategic and tactical guidance for all sourcing
activities, ensuring sourcing objects are in line with Vendor Management &
Centralised Procurement.
- Assist in making new business relationships with reputable
suppliers and ensure policy compliance and implement of process & procedure
and conduct monitoring checks
