Direct and oversee the development of retail cards across the bank and manage their implementation. Analyse the market for the products assigned to gauge customer preferences and ensure that products launched are in line with customer needs. Provide professional Product Development advice, specifically relating to retail banking products to the Head of Cards, as and when required.
