Manager Facility Management (m/f) - Berkeley

In order to pursue their road to success, our client is currently looking for their office in Abu Dhabi for a committed and charismatic personality as Manager Facility Management (m/f)
Your Role
• As FM Manager for Berkeley Abu Dhabi you will be responsible for the commercial perfor-mance of an entity with more than 1.000 employees.
• As head of the organization you lead a multi skilled team and ensure that contractual KPI’s, SLAs, compliance (e.g. Health & Safety, statutory etc.) and other legislative requirements are met within the approved financial parameters.
• Further you recruit, train and develop your staff in order to deliver outstanding results at the clients’ side.
• In a fast growing environment you are able to sell Berkeley’s solutions and therefore expand structures in a close partnership with your clients and potential ones.
• In this management position in one of the fastest growing regions of the Klüh organization, you report directly to the regional General Manager.
