Kuwait - The Role: We are looking for a Training Manager to join our passionate and energetic Service, Standards and Training team to drive hospitality standards across our Food Division. You will work with a diverse range of brands to ensure hospitality standards are appropriate and delivered at store level. By working with Brand Training Managers you will develop, deliver and evaluate supporting training materials as required. Project Management is a key part of the role, delivering projects from concept to completion and utilizing the skills and knowledge of specialists within the division. You will act as a hospitality ambassador for the Food Division, providing detailed analysis on our hospitality standards and delivery as well as ensuring hospitality is always on the agenda.
