Dubai - A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by our client on a direct hire basis contract period assignment and later to be possibly transferred onto a company staff employment agreement. THE PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO: Support and assist the existing Quantity Surveyor site team with various aspects of the QS function pertaining to the project cost and budget control, bills of quantities, contract documentation, design drawings, contractor-subcontractor and vendor final pay certification, etc. To ensure on a day to day basis that the project to expected grades, Ensure the Contractor and sub-contract company work payment order requests are completed correctly. Calculations are correct and all project activity progress reports are up to date and maintained within the software MCCS data-base.
