Our client is looking to hire a Senior Director of Collections to direct the development and implementation of company strategies and policies related to debt collections. As Senior Director of Collections, you will lead a large team across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include:- End-to-end management and delivery of the collections operation lifecycle. Defining, designing and implementing the operational processes to support the delivery of the complete collection activities. Building appropriate financial controls and audit trail to support early bad debt risk detection and increase cash recovery. Effectively achieving corporate yearly financial targets monitored by the COO, CFO, CEO and Board members.
