FATCA Compliance Manager

Barclay Simpson - Dubai - FATCA Compliance Manager - Banking - Dubai - UAE Our client, a bank in the UAE is looking to hire a FATCA Compliance Manager to join their growing Compliance function. The FATCA Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the bank's FATCA Compliance framework to ensure it is compliant with FATCA regulations. This role will be the main compliance contact for all FATCA related matters which will involve keeping abreast of FATCA regulations and international best practices as well as providing FATCA advice to business units. The FATCA Compliance Manager will be responsible for monitoring and assessments of products, policies and procedures against FATCA requirements and will also review and test FATCA certifications. Overseeing the FATCA remediation programme will also be a key task for this role.
