Recruitment Specialist

Kuwait City -  To contribute with the HR Director in developing recruitment strategies for the business  Timely decision making on critical recruitment issues and ensure smooth work flow on recruitment activities  Analyze, manage and control the recruitment process performance.  Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.  Prepare the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes  Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.  Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for multinationals.  Works closely with assigned business to deliver recruitment needs.  Periodically following up and coordinating with the recruitment channels.  Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & midlevel posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment....
