Collection of project requirement from all concerned departments at the start of the project and during the kick off meeting to prepare a workable program of work for a new project. 2. Allocating time frame / duration , projected start dates and finish dates of planned activities 3. Preparation of manpower Histogram, velocity (S-curve) for the project execution. 4. Inquire and verify the progress of each activity, record the actual quantity or amount of work done on the specified activity. 5. Ensuring that all departments provide monthly progress report of their concerned activities using Form Client/B3-004 6. Coordinate between different departments and follow up the status of material, manpower and equipment requirement to speed up the project completion. 7.
