Doha, Qatar - The Crane Operator will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the Platform/Rig cranes, and in addition oversee the Roustabouts and ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the Platform/Rig Manager, Drilling Engineer and/or in his absence, the Assistant Drilling Engineer’s instructions. The Crane Operator will also be required to perform any required hands-on job crew training relating to lifting and slinging and also act as the 'Helicopter Landing Officer' in connection with all helicopter operations. During relocation of the drilling unit, the Crane Operator is also required to assist in positioning the drilling unit on and off location.
