Arvind Manpower Solutions Pvt Ltd. - Kuwait - Minimum qualification and experience requirements for Corrosion Engineer shall be as follows: i) B.Sc. degree in Chemical, Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering preferably with post-graduation or industrial training in Metallurgy. ii) 8 years of work experience in a large refinery/petrochemical/ fertilizer industry out of which minimum 4 years should be in inspection of running plant of oil Refinery. iii) Corrosion Engineer shall be capable to handle basic functions including, but not limited to the following:- - Studies, monitors and reports on environmental conditions in the Refinery that cause the deterioration of metal by corrosion or a combination of corrosion and other adverse factor and recommends solutions. - Coordinates corrosion control activities with Operations, Maintenance /Engineering and Consultants representatives. - Shall be conversant with latest API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, NACE codes / standards. - Experience in RBI methodology is preferred. iv) Corrosion Engineer...
