Transactional development finance experience/asset manager is essential. Arabic speaker is also needed. The Hotel Business CFO is responsible for all financial reporting, planning and control activities for operating assets, development assets, joint ventures as well as new business development initiatives. Lead & manage financial planning & analysis, investment analysis and controllership function. The CFO plays an integral role in the development and approval process for all incremental investments and developments to ensure appropriate assumptions have been made, polices have been adhered to, and all potential risks adequately addressed.
