Job Summary: The Service Desk / VTC Technician will be part of a dynamic team to support ARCENT G2 (Intelligence) customers in the ARCENT Forward Area of Responsibility. Successful candidate will have a demonstrated capability of providing Tier I support to customers with hardware, software, and application problems, either solo or under direct supervision.
