Supports the delivery of regular progress reports with regard to issues, risks, opportunities and lessons learned. Where required evaluates options from a risk perspective and supports decision making. Most importantly the Risk Manager represents the client s interests and proactively responds to client requirements. Manage the delivery of risk management across the program. Implement risk management across the project life cycle including design, procurement, construction, testing commissioning and handover processes. Review and comment on the Parsons risk management overview, policy, plan, processes, procedures and templates developed for Lusail as directed.
