Doha, Qatar - About the Position: As part of the client support team you will be responsible for providing efficient and cost effective hardware and software support for all AFG group companies outside of the UAE, in coordination with the local country IT team or departments with a view to meet all Service level agreements for hardware availability with minimal disruption. You will take all customer support related IT decisions for the international operating entities of the group and be a member of the management team complimenting the overall business strategy and successfully driving the improvement of customer experience of IT within AFG.
