Dubai - Manager, Feasibility - Hotels My client, a leading Real Estate Developer is looking for an exceptional finance professional to join their team in Dubai to work in their Hotels Business Unit. The main responsibilities will include: Perform independent financial analysis (feasibilities) of prospective investment opportunities. Develop standard models for investment analysis. Prepare forecast financial statements for pipeline projects (hotels under development) for budgets and strategic plans. Validate and review reasonableness of key project assumption, including internal and external benchmarking for all project investment analysis. Perform independently in-house project financial due-diligence and benchmarking. Undertake the assessment of post completion analysis.
