Morgan McKinley - Dubai - Reporting to the Head Of Compliance in the AML and Sanctions Compliance Unit, a hard working an ambitious Compliance Assistant Manager is required. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Compliance System solutions. S/he will have experience in AML and Sanction regulatory requirements Key Functions: (include but not limited to) Making sure the bank's compliance systems and programs are working effectively whilst also screening payments and monitoring customer transactions, trades and payments. Generate reports on customer accounts having conducted an AML Review and the checking of AML Alerts. Drafting suspicious activity reports and provide recommendations to the Financial Intelligence Unit. Test compliance systems on a regular basis and liaise with Technology and compliance vendors to ensure the banking compliance systems are mitigating risk.
