Qatar - About Your Job: The Senior Maneger Service Excellence is responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiative in HRES department, consult with process owner and Business Partners to identify areas where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality, cost, and to ensure that process improvements initiative support the strategic priorities of our partners. This position is performed to deliver operational improvements to the department to significantly impact the department efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
