Doha, Qatar - Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department, and take relay message whenever necessary. Answer questions about organization and provides callers with inquiries that may include address, directions, and other information. Welcome on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Receive, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications. Maintain fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes. Monitor and maintains office equipment/Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system. Report any maintenance/security issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment....
