You will be directly reporting to Marketplace Manager (UAE) Key Responsibilities: As a Top seller account manager, you would be responsible for: Managing end to end relationship and performance for top Company's marketplace sellers in your portfolio. Exceed your targets for revenue, listings and customer experience metrics (cancellation rate, late shipment rate etc) for the sellers in your portfolio Work as consultants with your sellers to help them grow their business on the Company Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams. Skills Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience of B2B account management in ecommerce, consumer internet or retail industries.
