Mashreq Bank - Abu Dhabi - Key result areas: Plan the marketing strategy to road-map the business focus. Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank’s credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable levels. Customer / segment identification and subsequent loan negotiations with new and existing relationships under the specific target market to broad base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities. Gather market information and develop working relationships with different businesses to position the company as one of the best financial institutions in UAE. Train, develop, motivate and supervise ARMs/Support staff in line with the company’s needs to meet the objective of being 1st choice for both employees and customers.
