KEO International Consultants - Doha, Qatar - Job Description KEO’s Project Management/ Construction Management division provides engineering and construction supervision services. Working within KEO’s PM/CM Division based in Qatar, the Quantity Surveyor will be involved in some of the most integral Infrastructure based projects across the Region. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: Implementing cost controls and financial control procedures outlined in the construction contract (FIDIC experience required). Experience of post-contract Quantity Surveying on Highway and Major Roads contracts. Measurement of site works from drawings and evaluating the contractor’s monthly interim payments. Measuring and assessing client’s variations to the construction works and contractor’s claim for changes.
