Negotiate with suppliers best prices, delivery times and terms of payment. Source and engage sub-contractors for various projects requirements. Update procurement procedure and optimize it for better output and lower cost/risk on company side. Monitor stock levels of stock items and consumable and re-order them to maintain adequate stock.
